    吃在重阳长假期

    终于在香港休了一个三天的长假期!

    早餐,重新开始煎心形荷包蛋。BF吃得美美的,便难得地答应跟我一起去室外泳池游水,这时节又是没人游的时候,我们又享受了“私家池”的款待!

    咖啡壶被我烧坏了后,还没有买新的,就天天去楼下的McCafé喝它的Cappuccino,因为我喜欢它的奶泡,觉得比STARBUCKS的好,12元一杯,现在还买4送1,超级合算的。

    昨天中午跟朋友们喝茶,真开心啊,现在已开始收生日礼物了!多谢他们记得我的生日,忘了我的年龄,呵呵!

    自上周吃了大闸蟹,心里还是牵挂,就去美孚买来吃。虽然也是一人干了三只,但没有九龙城肥仔记的好吃,以后还是不要嫌麻烦,要专程去那买来吃。吃,就要吃个满足感出来。

    好彩跟BF闹了个小别扭,他坚持带我去吃“雪花冰”,总算吃出了满足感。以前,每年要去台北才能吃到我最爱的“雪花冰”,就是带牛奶味的幼滑如丝的刨冰。现在糖水铺“糖佰虎”也有了。昨晚我们去了旺角黑布街的分店,9点半到的,居然还要排45分钟才有位。也只有香港才有人会为吃10分钟的刨冰排一小时吧!虽然与西门町的有差别,但丝般质感和番石榴的味道我还是很喜欢的,以后还要试绿茶、芒果、杏仁和咖啡味!没带相机,借其他食友的相用用:

    今天的晚餐,是麻辣海虾炒年糕,我姐的拿手好戏,上次回津我记了食谱,还带了麻花椒和泡红椒回来!
    1)虾过油,年糕过油,白菜花过油
    2)爆香1-2头蒜和姜,放麻椒料,然后放入葱和虾
    3)放入适量粮、酒、醋、生抽搅匀
    4)加鸡精,加一碗水,放入年糕和菜花,水烧干就好了

    现在开做,好吃就上相片,不好吃就下次再努力了。
